Biography

Dan Claudino (born 7 October 1996) is a Brazilian actor, performer, stage director, and voice actor, known for his starring roles in Eco (2024), Is There Anyone Home? (2022), dEUs (2022), Amor à Terceira Vista (2022), Pule ou Ocorrência às 4h48 (2020), and Flores Secas (2017). Born in Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil as Daniel Claudino Batista, is the middle child of five children - one twin brother, a younger brother, an older brother, and an older sister. His parents are Rita Claudino and Claudio Francisco. At the age of 11, he began attending an acting school for theater, marking the start of his artistic career through short theatrical productions. He graduated in Performing Arts in 2018. Dan has appeared in several films, including Eco (2024) by Pane Filmes, directed by Saulo Carvalho; Whey: An Anabolic Saga in Search of the Truth (2023) by SPEC Filmes, directed by Matheus Guidoni; dEus (2022) by Produtora DóRéMi, directed by Giovanna Paixão and Giovanna Longobardi; Is There Anyone Home? (2022) by SPEC Filmes, directed by Arthur Gabriel; Amor à Terceira Vista (2022) by Produtora Íris, directed by Nathália Lourenço and Ycaro Mariano; Flores Secas (2017) by Murano Produções, directed by Julia Gorgulho; and Pule ou Ocorrência às 4h48 (2020) by Coletivo ERROR 404, filmed at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This film is a video adaptation of the eponymous theater play written by Dan Claudino and was released online through a live Facebook screening. Dan has also directed several music videos, including Y3ll & Sloope: Sonhoz (2019), and Leo Lotho: Olhar (2019). He also appeared in the third episode of the documentary miniseries Extremos da Cidade (2014) on TV Gazeta, alongside his twin brother Davi Claudino, discussing their experiences as artists in the outskirts of São Paulo. Dan was part of a rap group for a year and a half, releasing three music videos: Grupo Aspas: Vem Mudar o Teu Futuro (2014), Grupo Aspas: Avulso (2014), Grupo Aspas: Precoce (2014). His theater credits include: O Último Carro (2018) by João das Neves, directed by Walmir Pavam; The Balcony (2017) by Jean Genet, directed by Rudson Marcello; 4.48 (2016-2017), directed by Michelle Lomba; Stories of Fools, Dunces, Dullards, and Simpletons (2014-2016) by Cia Grama Verde de Teatro, directed by André Blumenschein, Paulo Carvalho, and Marcelo Palmares; Adolescer [Indefinido] (2016), directed by Priscila Tessuto; Jovens Opressores (2014), directed by Robson Alfieri; Aquela Água Toda (2014), directed by Cacá Carvalho; Mistério na Sala de Ensaio e Outras Histórias (2013) by Sérgio Roveri, directed by André Blumenschein, and more. Dan also directed the play Pule ou Ocorrência às 4h48 (2019), where he played Margô, this play won an award to be produced. Dan lives in São Paulo and wrote a horror story called A Murderer in Our Midst. He is studying Cinema at Anhembi Morumbi University.
